Sales platform for impounded property SETAM organize an auction for production and bottling facilities of Voznesens’k Brandy Factory LLC located in Voznesensk Nikolaev region.The auction is scheduled for January 18, 2018, and the starting price of the lot is UAH 189mln (USD 7mln).
The plant is located over the territory of 5.3 hectares of land. There is a compressor plant, a refrigerator, a distillation workshop, an office block, a boiler room, a crushing and pressing workshop, a wine distillation workshop, an ageing cellar for cognac spirits and warehouses.
The total capacity of the recipe brings 2.4mln liters of absolute alcohol.
The plant operates three bottling lines for 0.25-0.5 liters bottles with a projected capacity of 3,000 bottles per hour. There is also a line for bottling wine in 0.5-0.7-0.75 liter bottles with a projected capacity of 3,000 bottles per hour.
The plant has licenses for export and import of ethyl alcohol, cognac spirits and other fruit spirits. The plant owns a license for the production of alcoholic beverages, as well as imports of alcoholic beverages, the production of cognac and other strong drinks made of fruits.
The local well-known brandy under ТМ Greenwich of 3, 4, and 5-star cognac had been produced at the plant. However, Greenwich brand is not a part of the sale.
