Avelanna Gold Ltd purchased 100% shares of PJSC Carpathian Mining Company from PJSC Gorno-metalurgicheskiy complex. Avellanna plans to invest USD 400 000 while the charter capital of PJSC Carpathian Mining Company stood at UAH 13.550mln. The company is located in Beregovo of TrasCarpathian region of Ukraine. Its core operation is mining of non-ferrous metal ore.
