The supervisory board of domestic major PrivatBank approved the contract upon organizing of the sales of 46.5% stake in Latvian AS PrivatBank. The organizer of the deal is a partner company of Rotshild in Ukraine.
PrivatBank reckons on the reputation and experience of such an outstanding financial services company to precipitate the process into negotiating with potential investors much faster. The organizer must navigate the deal avoiding conflicts of interests with other shareholders of the bank.
AS PrivatBank is an independent bank that provides its financial services in the territory of Latvia.
