JSC Lekhim together with other shareholders will buy out the remaining 2.627mln shares (1.1% stake) of the pharmaceutical factory Technolog located in Uman city of Cherkassy region in Ukraine.
JSC Lekhim is a modern pharmaceutical high-technological manufacturing company that incorporates Technolog and Lekhim-Kharkiv pharmaceutical factories.
Recently, Technolog factory obtained international standards GMP certificate for the development and manufacturing medicines in Ukraine.
As of present, the price list of Lekhim includes more than 160 medicines. The company manufactures pills and other medicines for digestive, cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous systems; blood and hematopoiesis, locomotorium, antimicrobial and dermatological agents; as well as biologically active additives, other healthcare products, and veterinary drugs.
