Kazakh citizen buys 50% stake of BTA bank

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine issued its provisional conclusion of consent for a Kazakh citizen to obtain 50% shares of BTA bank in Ukraine. The purchase will be carried out with a mediate entity.   As of present, two private persons hold 46.6% of the shares of the bank correspondently.
