The enterprise operated until 2020 and produced beverages under several proprietary trademarks, including VIKTAR, Fruktuna, Hirska Kryshtaleva, Berezhanska Drinking Water, Kniazhyi Kvass, and others.
The site retains a full production cycle:
- PET bottle manufacturing;
- laboratory preparation of formulations;
- filling into PET containers;
- filling into glass bottles.
The complex infrastructure includes a loading ramp with capacity for simultaneous loading of up to five trucks, freight elevators, and industrial platforms. The territory is covered with aerodrome-type concrete slabs, ensuring convenient logistics for heavy-duty transport.
The total land area in private ownership amounts to 1.317 hectares.
The complex includes:
- four-storey office and production building (4,400 m²) — 97% completion;
- four-storey warehouse with attic (4,300 m²) — 59% completion;

- two independent power supply lines;
- own transformer substation (2×630 kVA);

The subject of sale is corporate rights (preferred transaction format). Price — $2,500,000. A sale without equipment is possible upon agreement of the parties.
