Configuration: contiguous rectangular shape (3:4 or 5:6); flat terrain; solid or rocky soil; low groundwater level.
Engineering infrastructure:
- Electricity supply: 35 kV+ transmission line (connection possible) or existing 6 kV connection (substation), target capacity — 25–30 MW/h
- Water supply: 12,000 m³/day
- Wastewater and household sewage treatment: 10,000 m³/day
- Gas supply: 300,000 m³/day (pressure — minimum 6 kg/cm²)
Access routes: main highways (within 5 km of the site); railway spur on the territory (preferred); public transport nearby (preferred)
Sanitary protection zone: presence of residential buildings — preferably no closer than 500 meters.
