The berry farm was founded in October 2012 as a private husbandary upon land area of 17ha.
Land use designation - private agriculture (OSG). At the start the farm bought certified planting material from the best berry farms of Ukraine considering the maximum yield rate for south-east of Ukraine, as well as according to the market trends.
The offer includes:
A vineyard with a total area of 13.5ha which is equipped with drip irrigation and trellis made of concrete posts every 5 meters with four rows of wire. The total length of series is 37.25 km. The vineyard was planted in the spring of 2013. We present the following varieties, according to local naming: Arcadia, Kadryanka, Preobrazhenia (Transfiguration), Libya, the United States Jupiter seedless grapes.
Agribusiness is fully equipped with the necessary infrastructure and equipment:
- 7 water wells with all the necessary equipment (capacity of a well is at least 8 cubic meters per hour each)
- 90 km of trunk and the drip irrigation lines for every plant
- Voltage transformation for 100kW
- Film tunnel of 450 sq.m, for growing saplings of strawberry, raspberry, grapes, and garden currant
- The tractor and the full range of attachments for tillage
- Fertigation system
- Computer watering for strawberries
- Power scythes
- Other garden hand tools (pruners, staple guns for staking grapes and raspberries; agrotextile to cover strawberries in winter)
- Seedling trays for strawberry seedlings (2 000 pieces)

- The area is fenced with 2 meter concrete fence and video surveillance cameras
- Feeder road is paved with asphalt
The company developed a performance-based payment system. There are 4 working groups of employees. For 4 years, positive working relations have been established.
There are prospects to expanding the business. The planting area for strawberries may be enlarged up to 7ha in particular, with little investments for to build water mains. There is a 2ha plot available for erection of a greenhouse facility, as a small tank farming (due to concrete flooring). There also possibilities to increase container nursery for plantings. The acreage for berry horticulture can be increased by additional 5ha of available land. At this, there is space for a shock-freezing equipment and make refrigerating rooms for storage.
According to market estimates, Ukrainian market of fresh and frozen strawberries, raspberries and grapes is undersupplied accounting to 10-15% of market volumes. Deliveries of frozen raspberries and strawberries have no qoutas under the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
