The region provides convenient access to multiple border-crossing points and European-gauge railway infrastructure.
In addition to the land bank, the company owns other assets, such as machinery, vehicles, and an operational base (their sale can be negotiated separately). A 20,000-ton grain elevator project has been designed for the site where the operational base is located and is at the final stage of documentation.
