Personnel: 24 people (engineering and technical staff – 8, other personnel – 16). One-shift operation.
The production line consists of 3 crushing stages and includes the following equipment:
- Receiving hopper with apron feeder and mobile jaw crusher Metso LT-105 with fines separation;
- Mobile complex with cone crusher Sandvik UH-440, single-deck screen and return conveyor;
- Vertical shaft impact crusher Magimpact 2400;
- Screens Dragon VP4 (4 decks) and Nordberg B 280 T (2 decks), and a system of belt conveyors.
The crushing and screening line is fully equipped with technological transport: excavator EKG-5AU – 2 units, excavator Liebherr 944, loaders VOLVO-220 and Liugong 856, dump trucks Volvo FMX – 2 units,dump truck BMC, BelAZ (30t).
Also available: licensed fuel tank (10 m²), garage with repair bays, two Skoda passenger cars.
On the quarry site, in addition to the crushing and screening line, there is an administrative and utility complex (rest and dining rooms), a repair workshop with a hoist, and a weigh station.
