General description of the object

Location: Kachanivka village, Khmilnyk district, Vinnytsia region. Distance to the largest cities and towns: Khmilnyk – 12 km, Vinnytsia – 90 km, Khmelnitsky – 115 km, Zhytomyr – 150 km, Kyiv – 250 km.

Current state: put into operation in 2006, but since 2011 the operation of the enterprise has been stopped, the object is guarded 24 hours a day. There is a license for the use of subsoil for a period until 2026, which makes it possible to resume brick production.

The total area of ​​the leased raw brick deposit with heaps is 23.42 hectares. As of 01.11.2020, the remainder of loam is 852.9 thousand cubic meters.

Power:

• design – 13.5 million bricks per year;
• achieved – 14.5 million bricks per year.

Products:

• solid ceramic brick M-75, M-100, M-125, M-150;
• thickened ceramic brick M-75, M-100, M-125, M-150;
• ceramic hollow brick M-75, M-100, M-125.

The products are certified. The laboratory of the plant is accredited by the State Standard of Ukraine.

The property

The area of ​​the enterprise is 2.4452 hectares (land owned for industrial needs). Total area of ​​buildings and structures: 7,843.78 sq. m.

Main building: total area – 6,232.7 sq. m., volume – 72,134 cu. m. The building consists of 3 modules. The height of the premises is 12 m. The width is 24 m. The modules of the main building are equipped with lifting mechanisms: 2 double-support crane-beams (high-capacity 32 kN), 2 three-support cranes (high-capacity 32 kN), overhead grab crane (high-capacity 50 kN).

In the largest module, a two-story brick building was built, which was used as a laboratory room, a production control panel and workshops for the plant's engineering services. The total area of ​​the premises is 103.3 sq. m.

Administrative building: the building consists of 3 floors. The total area of ​​the building is 412.2 sq. m. There are household premises on the ground floor – changing rooms, showers and a dining room. A gas boiler room for heating is arranged in a room with a separate entrance. The first floor of the building was used as an administrative one. There is a mini-hotel, a kitchen-dining room on the second floor. All floors are equipped with sanitary facilities, water heating, duct ventilation, fire alarm system. Wire telephone networks and Internet cables have been brought to the first floor.

Warehouse premises with a total area of ​​66.6 sq. m.

Infrastructure

• Power supply – two transformer substations 10 / 0.4 kV, 600 kW each;
• Gas supply – medium pressure pipeline with a diameter of 159 mm and hydraulic fracturing;
• Own gas boiler room with a capacity of 20 kW;
• Water supply – there is a well 17 m3 / day (debit);
• Sewerage: there is a household sewerage system "Bioline-40” on the territory of the complex;
• Hard-surface areas, it is possible to use them for storage of products or as parking lots (total area 6,398 sq. m.);
• Fire extinguishing pumping station (area 66.7 sq. m.);
• Reserve diesel station (area 32.6 sq. m);
• Fencing along the perimeter, paved roads lead to the industrial site;
• A freight train station is 12 km away, in the town of Khmilnyk.
