General information about the project
It is not only about business immigration as the second director of a German company, but also about choosing a reliable partner for running a joint business.
So, briefly about the main thing:
- The technical development of the bicycle has a couple of centuries and hundreds of thousands of patents. A detailed analysis of this multitude of patent documents revealed "a lot of hidden opportunities" for the creation of new innovative products.
- The initiator of the project establishes a start-up company in the form of GmbH (analogue of LLC) and invites the investor to the position of the second director (contract for a period of five years).
- The initiator of the project, having the right to vote, organizes and monitors all the business processes in GmbH.
- The investor creates a solid foundation for its own business immigration by means of financing the start-up phase of a German technology company.
- The investor can become a co-owner of the company, while the investor's share in the authorized capital of GmbH will depend on the amount of contribution to the common sum.
- Each new product is planned to be carried out through a crowdfunding campaign. The goal is marketing and order collecting for serial production.
- Serial production of new products will be organized on the territory of one "special economic zone" in Europe.
