General description
The cherry orchard covers an area of 26 hectares. The garden is young – five years old. The most modern varieties of cherries had been planted: Zhelannaya, Udivitelnaya, Prunus avium, Large-fruited, Zagadka, Kutuzovka. The garden is on drip irrigation, it has its own pumping station.
The main consumers are chain stores, distributors, wholesale markets.
There is also a vineyard growing, which is 3 years old (area 4 ha).
Assets and financial performance
The total area of the land plot is 70 hectares (on a long-term lease), and there is also privately owned land plot – 2.4 hectares. Additionally, there is a land plot of 40 hectares, which can be used for business expansion.

Net profit in 2018 amounted to UAH 500,000, and in 2019 it increased to UAH 1 million.
Investments required
In order to expand its business, the company is looking for investments in the amount of USD 100,000. The conditions for attracting investments will be negotiated between interested parties individually.
