The farm household comprises facilities of plant growing, feed milling, storage elevators, as well as pig farming and meat processing.

Shareholders offer a complete cycle agro-complex worth USD 6.5mln. The business has been operating for 7 years. The number of employees stands at 100 people.
The plant growing facilities:
- the acreage amounts to 3 370ha;
- the crop growing include rye, sunflower, soy, and corn;
- private farm vehicles
Storage elevators enable to receive and clean crops, and carry drying operations for ultimate storage. The projected facilities under three-shift work plan are as follows:
- Cleaning of crops stands at 44 500tons a year
- Drying operations stands at same 44 500tons a year
- Grain storage amounts to 15 000 tons a year
The phase 1 automatic and mechanized line of the elevator for storing up to 15 000tons of crops was set in 2008. The phase 2 processing facilities are in stock and can be mounted at further expansion plans.
Feed milling plant is located over 3ha land plot and comprises:
- 6 storage bins for grains , capacity of 1 200 tons
- 8 fodder storage containers, capacity of 800 tons
- 24 operational silage storages , capacity of 960 tons
The facilities of feed milling plant are designed to make fodder and feed for fishery, poultry, pig breeding and other livestock.
Production facilities are equipped with:
- processing lines for grains and meal feed;
- volumetric metering system for mix preparation;
- feed pellet machine and extruder;
- packaging equipment
The production processes are featured with WinMixSoft software and have been programmed for an intensive use. The production facilities are projected at 10.5 tons per hour (including 2.5 tons of pelleted feed) for a shift working schedule.
Livestock facilities
As of present, pig stock has been slaughtered. At this, refurbishment works and general maintenance of equipment are suggested for a start. The facility is projected for a breeding of 36thousand pig population per year, or 4 365 tons of live weight.
Meat processing
The meat processing facilities started operations in 2008. Slaughter workshop, sausage manufacturing room and storage workshops are located over 2ha land plot, and are projected at 30 tons of meat storage.
