DimDim is an online service for posting and searching for ads on all real estate websites and portals in Ukraine, CIS countries and Europe. It has been craeted for comfortable interaction of all market participants: buyers, sellers, real estate agencies, as well as real estate developers.

The mission of DimDim is to make the real estate market transparent, and ensure trusting relations between market participants.

DimDim products:

  2. Website for real estate search – https://dimdim.ua (registered trademark of DimDim).

Evaluation of the efficiency of the DimDim product financial model as of May 2022 in accordance with international practice for a group of indicators, among which the main ones are:

  • net present value of the project (NPV) – 5,407,782 EUR
  • internal rate of return (profitability) of the project (IRR) – 126.90%
  • the project payback period, taking into account all investments made (PB or DPB), is 39 months from the project start date (June 2018).

According to these indicators, we can draw the conclusion about the project efficiency.

The project generates a sufficient level of income, has a significant margin of safety, therefore, investments in it are reasonable and economically viable. In general, the project can be classified as profitable, effective and long-term, with a medium level of risk, promising for development and profitable for investment.

  • Promotion: brand recognition, by the end of 2020 – an increase in the number of active users of the application to 100,000 per month, an increase in the number of sessions to 500,000 per month;
  • SEO site optimization for organic traffic;
  • Collaboration with real estate developers: obtaining up-to-date information on prices and affordable apartments, checking the documents of real estate developers, working out a traffic sales scheme and leads;
  • Implementation and running of the business model: cooperation with real estate developers (75 real estate developers at the end of 2020), placement of TOP paid ads (3000 TOP ads at the end of 2020).
