The elevator has economically advantageous location in the South of Ukraine, as Kherson region is in the center of ports of Ukraine enabling to receive cargoes from Kherson, Nikolayev and Zaporozhe regions.
Economic activity: handling and storage of grains and oil-seeds
Subsequent services: unloading cargo from trucks; transhipment and handling of freights from railways cars; barge loading and unloading. All operations are persuant to regulatory and safety norms.

Description of the elevator:
- 3.0ha land plot and 0.5ha by-land area of water (in lease contracts)
- Flat grain storage capacity for handling/storage of 15 000 - 20 000 metric tons of grains
- Loading pier - 60 meters long enabling to accommodate floating vessels up to 3 000tons, 5-6 meters of deep water frontage
- Electronic truck scales up to 80tons and max weighing error of 0,1%
- Certified and accredited laboratory by Kherson Center of Standardization, Certification and Metrology for making analysis for wheat, barley, oat, rape, soy, sunflower, corn, sorgo grains, bran and meals
- There is a railways feed close to the territory, as well as asphalt road leading to the site. The territory has hard surface terrain and parking site for up to10 trucks.
- Waterway - 7 meters reducing depth at the sill up to 3.6 meters by water currents. Polluted bay is cleaned during winter time
- There is an unfinished construction of a new storage warehouse for grains with a projected capacity of 8 000tons (picture below)
All equipment of the complex is owned by the company. The company does not rent neither warehouses nor equipment (except for barges). The elevator provides a full production cycle of the organization for uninterrupted operations and high-quality work.
The complex works with 24/7 availability contributing to fast and timely customer service and operational capability dealing with ongoing production issues.
The main activity of the company is handling and storage of grain export and transit of goods. The work is implemented, as follows.
After signing the contract, the client submits a request to the company on delivering cargoes for the coming month, indicating the type of cargo, its quantity, and delivering transportation vehicles.
The company carries services of unloading of cargo trucks, handling of the incoming cargoes from railway cars, barge loading and unloading, according to valid regulatory and safety norms.
The complex provides services of transfer and receipt of cargoes, storage and recordkeeping of loads at warehouses or other silos at the disposal to secure appropriate storage conditions, loading on vessels and barges or trucks upon administrative orders by clients.
The company provides record keeping and quality control at every technological processes of handling and storage of cargoes to secure safety of the loads. Operators continually inform clients on the quantity and quality of the incoming cargoes.
The handling cost from $15 – 17 per ton depending upon a type of cargo. Payments are made in national currency at the rate of the currency board of Ukraine on the date of signing the act of completion of services. A client makes 50% prepayment after delivery of the shipload lot, and 40% prepayment before 7 days prior to arrival date of a vessel. Full settlement of paycheck is made after signing of the act of completion of services, but not later than 1 business day after an extension of an invoice.
