BRIL PARK Industrial Park, located in Brailiv, Vinnytsia region, invites manufacturing companies to cooperate within the Agroprocessing Hub concept — a modern industrial cluster focused on the deep processing of agricultural products.
BRIL PARK is being developed on the basis of an existing industrial site with ready infrastructure, a strategic location, and direct access to the raw material base of Ukraine’s central regions, including grain, corn, and legumes. It is a ready platform for the rapid launch of production, with established engineering prerequisites, logistical capabilities, and scaling potential.

The total area of the industrial park is 56 ha. Available land plots (with premises) range from 1 to 30 ha per enterprise.

- 35 MW high-voltage transmission line of the first reliability category (non-disconnectable).
Planned energy infrastructure:
- solar power plant — up to 30 MW;
- battery energy storage systems (BESS) — up to 20 MW.
Water resources:
- central water supply;
- a river running through the park territory;
- a 75 ha lake.
Existing wastewater treatment facilities: throughput capacity of 10,000 m³/day
The park has access to railway and road infrastructure and also offers ready premises for the rapid placement of manufacturing facilities.
