History of creation
The idea of creating and producing scooters under the MoveOne brand belongs to a young team from Kyiv. Initially, scooters were developed by Rostislav Potopaev and Konstantin Kirichuk, and later Valentin Panchenko helped to establish the production of electric scooters. Over the past three years, the project has attracted USD 50,000 of its own funds.
There is a utility model patent.
2018 – еhe first batch of 10 scooters was released and sold out successfully.
2019 – the first batch of 20 electric scooters was released, which were successfully rented out in a classic lease with the company veliki.ua.
2020 – a batch of 25 improved electric scooters was released, 22 of them were sold (Ukraine, Denmark, Bulgaria), the rest were leased to more than 200 users.
Project prospects
2021 – the volume of production and sales of 10 units per month, certification for the countries of the European Union, the creation of battery exchange points in the center of Kyiv, the formation of a spare parts warehouse.
2022 – production and sales of 100 units per month, US certification.
2023 - production and sales of 1,000 units per month.
In 2021, a pre-order was received for 10 scooters in B2B segment and 2 scooters in B2C segment.
Currently, negotiations are underway with UkrEnergo with a possible order of 20 units, in May 2021 two scooters for a test drive will be taken by the patrol police of Kyiv with a possible order of 100 units.
The proceeds from the sale are planned in 2 directions: sale and lease.

MOVEONE is a foldable e-scooter for adults with a robust steel frame.

- Electric scooter for rental and sale in B2B segment with a quick-detachable battery. Buyer portrait – courier and postal services, large manufacturing sites, airports, sea terminals, police and army.

The volume of the so-called micromobility market by 2030 will grow to USD 200-300 billion in the United States, USD 100-150 billion in Europe and USD 30-50 billion in China, analysts at McKinsey predict. According to them, in the United States during the pandemic, the average duration of trips using a scooter-sharing increased by 26%, and the risk of infection became the main factor when choosing a transport.
The electric scooter market currently has a scope of USD 100 billion. In Russia, electric scooter rental exceeded bicycle rental in 2020, according to rbc.ru.
MoveOne plans to occupy 2% of the global electric scooter market by 2025. The main competitors at the moment are the BMW X2 electric scooter. Opportunities for 5 years to grow to 20X.
