Facility Condition
The enterprise is in excellent technical condition and is one of the best-preserved feed mills in Ukraine. The site is closed and fenced, with controlled access in place and vehicle disinfection procedures organized. The excellent condition of the road surface, buildings, production facilities, and equipment ensures a high level of hygiene and full turnkey operational readiness.
Engineering Infrastructure
Power supply is provided via two independent lines. The facility is equipped with two 10/0.4 kV transformers rated at 630 kVA each, one of which is barely used, creating a significant reserve capacity.
The enterprise is connected to the gas network. The boiler house includes a 300 kg/h steam boiler for pelletizing and a hot-water boiler for heating.
Water supply is обеспечивается via connection to the central network and an on-site well with a capacity of 18 m³/h.
Raw Material Logistics and Elevator Facilities
Raw material intake is carried out via covered truck scales with a capacity of 60 tons.
The elevator consists of two blocks:
8 galvanized silos (Ø3.8 m, height 7 m, 60° cone angle) for meal storage;
6 galvanized silos (Ø5 m, height 8 m, 45° cone angle) for grain storage, connected to the production facility by chain conveyors.
The overall wear level of the elevator equipment does not exceed 25%.
Production Capacity
The equipment is in good condition, with a wear level of 15–20%. The equipment supplier is Avila.
Current production capacity:
4 t/h of pelleted feed for pigs and poultry (Ø4 mm die);
1 t/h of starter feed for piglets (Ø2.5 mm die).
Grinding unit: two mills (12–15 t/h).
The dosing unit and micro-module are designed for 15 t/h.
Dry extrusion line for grain raw materials — 500 kg/h.
Two semi-automatic bagging lines and a finished goods warehouse (36×12 m).
Development Potential
Without any additional investment, the plant can produce up to 5 t/h of compound feed for pigs, poultry, and cattle. With minor investment (3–4% of the enterprise value), capacity can be increased to 8–10 t/h.
