The enterprise was built in 2012 using unique technology and is equipped with Amandus (Kahl) production lines from Germany. The plant’s capacity is 55,000 tons of pellets per year.
The production uses 100% natural plant fibers, including cereal and rapeseed straw, alfalfa, and others.
The enterprise is a certified biofuel producer under the KZR system in Ukraine. Straw hygienic fillers for pets are certified according to ISO 14024:2018 and marked with the NGO "Living Planet" eco-label.
Currently, the company is the largest Ukrainian exporter of straw pellets. The company’s export share accounts for 95% of its total pellet product sales outside Ukraine. The main sales markets are EU countries and the Middle East, with products also sold within Ukraine.

In the 2020s, due to modernization and strategic development, the enterprise expanded its product range.
Currently, the enterprise produces:
1. Fuel pellets — a modern type of solid fuel widely used in special pellet boilers for heating residential and commercial buildings:
- From cereal straw (main advantage: lower moisture content compared to firewood);
- From miscanthus (a much safer and more stable raw material than wood);
- From sunflower husk (based on secondary resources, making it environmentally friendly and socially responsible);
- From wheat bran (an innovative and highly efficient biofuel made from agricultural waste).
2. Bedding for farm animals — made from 100% natural plant raw materials without preservatives and additives, ideal for horses, cattle, goats, pigs, poultry, and small animals:
- Straw pellets;
- Miscanthus pellets;
- Classic straw granulate;
- Pure straw granulate;
- Extra Pure straw granulate.
3. Feed bases (granules) — a protein-vitamin feed for farm animals: made from alfalfa (a low-sugar product with high protein, fiber, and vitamin content, without any chemical additives).
4. Cat litter fillers: straw-based (effectively absorbs moisture, eliminates unpleasant odors, and has antibacterial properties).
Straw pellet production technology:
- Feeding and cutting of straw;
- Drying of shredded mass;
- Crushing;
- Pelletizing;
- Cooling and separation;
- Finished product output.
Enterprise assets:
Total land plot area: 6.3 hectares.

- Plot No. 1 in private ownership, designation 03.10: for the construction and maintenance of market infrastructure buildings;
- Plot No. 2 under lease, designation 11.02: for the placement and operation of main, auxiliary, and supporting buildings and structures of processing, machine-building, and other industries.

Granulate production line: designed for crushing pellets sized 6–10 mm into various fractions using roller and hammer mills.

- Extra Pure granulate – 1.2 t/h
Packaging line: designed for packing bulk materials weighing from 1 kg to 50 kg into polyethylene bags; it is also possible to fill 15 kg valve paper bags.
The line operates in automatic mode, ensuring the supply of raw materials for packaging and removal of finished packages. The line is based on the AF-50(8)-B packaging machine manufactured in Ukraine by "Packaging Technologies".
