Fuel timbered pellets production and their implementation, international economic activity

Fuel timbered pellet

- poured density: > 500 kg/m³;

- ash-content: < 2%;

- humidity: < 8 %;

- calorific capacity (medium ): 18,4 MJ/kg;

- sulfur: < 0,5 %.

High caloric content, low ash-content and little fraction of fuel pellets allows using them in mechanic and automatized boilers of industrial and communal boiler rooms, and also in self-weighing boilers and fireplaces.

Packing of the end product is conducted in “big bags” and also in bulk. The offloading of product is performed using automobile transport.  All products have certifications and confinements.

 

Manufacturing base  of the enterprise

Manufacturing complex of the enterprise is located in the industrial zone of the urban-type village of Volyn oblast. Distance to border crossing is approximately 60 km.

Manufacturing base  of enterprise includes:

1. Land lot 2,19 ha in area, including the ground with bituminous concrete surface 1,1 ha in area. Land lot is in a long term lease for 49 years. There is an opportunity to supplement about 2 ha of surrounding grounds;
2. Total area of infrastructure  - 1 713 m², including: industrial and warehouse facility– 1492 m²; administration and amenity facility, garage – 221 m².
3. Rail ways with total length of 1 km lie on the territory of the base.
4. Motor-truck scale - 30 t.  
5. Trestle crane.
6. Electrical supply 500 kV.
7. Water and water system, fire-fighting water supply system.
8. Fence, illumination, security.
9. Chip carrier Volvo (walking floor semitrailer of 92 m³).

Fuel and raw materials base  of enterprise

The enterprise is fully provided with industrial wood residue: in 30 km radius is located about twenty woodworking enterprises and few big wood husbandries, base of one of them is located across the road from main gates of enterprise. Sawdust materials are used for production.

Productive capacity and processing lines

Productive capacity:

• Pellet manufacturing 8000 t/year

Equipment:

• line ACM 1,5 in pellet manufacturing (3 t/hour)
• line АCМ 0,65 in pellet manufacturing (1,5 t/h)

Logistics

Asphalted gateway to the road. Distance to border passing is approximately 60 km. Distance to railway station – 2 km.

Accreditation is on customs, brokerage service.

Distribution

Among the consumers of the enterprise of heat-power complex, including European companies and local communal enterprises which provide TPP with fuel. 

Finance indicators

According to the official finance reporting of the company the implementation capacity in 2014 was 5 mln UAH, profit – 1,2 mln UAH.

Form of sale:  sale of equity rights.

Reason of sale: non-core asset, necessity for investments in the main business.
