The company was established in 2020 and provides warehouse logistics outsourcing services for retailers, manufacturers and importers. In other words, fulfillment is a service that allows you to store goods in a remote warehouse and use the services of warehouse staff on demand.
The company is in the stage of full-fledged functioning to provide a full range of services from the moment the goods are received to the warehouse and ending with the receipt of the order by the end user. Current customers receive the service and use the functionality in full.

IT functionality is a competitive advantage
The company has the most advanced software product on the Ukrainian market for customer interaction with the warehouse. Today, there are no analogues in terms of IT functionality among competitors. The IT component provides fast and inexpensive onboarding of new customers and support for current ones, which allows connecting a large number of customers to the service through massive marketing. The client manages the movement of goods, orders, the balance of goods in real time. The system automatically accrues and debits payment from the client's account, creates acts, which allows you to switch to a prepayment system and avoid receivables.
The product has an API for integration with the client's accounting systems, ready-made integrations with popular platforms for online sales, delivery services. The company is the only one in Ukraine that sends via Ukrposhta International with automatic preparation of all documents.

Prospects for development and proposal for the investor
The company has a leased warehouse of 1600 m2 in the Boryspil district of the Kyiv region. Business scaling is possible by attracting new customers with parallel scaling of the offline component of the product - increasing storage space through rent or acquisition (warehouse categories A - B), additional storage systems and goods processing.
Attracting a significant number of new customers is associated with increasing the capacity of the warehouse. The current warehouse capacity allows to increase the gross income by 3 times when connecting new customers without significant capital expenditures and a slight increase in staff.
For subsequent active scaling, the company is considering attracting a smart investor who will fully participate in further strategic development. Share in the business to be sold is 50-100%. The terms of attraction/partnership are discussed separately with each potential investor.
The share of the future investor in the capital of the company is calculated based on the current capitalization of USD 220,000 (100% of corporate rights).
