Core business: mining of granite, production of quarry rock and road metal
The total area of the granite quarry, for sale, amounts to 100 ha of which:
- 38.06ha is the quarry itself
- 62ha is owned for projected construction of additional factory and a feeder rail for dispatch outwards
The valid license on quarrying of granite is drafted at 43mln tons.
The mechanical and physical and chemical properties of the granites correspond to the best of the world standards in kind.
In 2013, the factory carried out modernization of the crushing and sorting facility increasing its potential output capacity to 600 000 tons of mined rock a year. The factory also acquired and refurbished its equipment and machineries: excavators, mining trucks, and front-end loaders.
As of present, the construction works have been launched to make additional crushing and sorting factory and the railroad bed feeder. For the abovementioned purposes, the factory acquired the 62ha land plot, projected the relevant documentation and received the regulatory permits. The works have been carried in transferring of utilities, placing concrete foundation, and making of railroad bed of rock metal.
According to additional geological exploration, the gross discovery of granite amounts to 35mln tons. It ensures production to last 40-50 years on. The quarrying site is young, the surface is stripped and works are carries on second pit bank.
At this, there is a co-investment project for the granite quarry use, which can be discussed as an option instead of selling too.
