The general contractor behind the project, STROYINVEST KHERSON LLC, has over 30 years of experience in constructing multi-story buildings across Ukraine. The management company, Green Rest Development, provides full-service property management — including rental operations, utility payments, and monthly profitability reports to investors. Net rental income is distributed according to each owner’s apartment size and monthly occupancy rate.
