Since 1978, the main activities of the company have been the production of metal structures and cranes of various types.
Production facilities make it possible to produce up to 12,000 tons of metal structures per year. There is no technological equipment.
Total area of premises: 18,856 m2, including:
- Production premises - 13,719.9 m2 (of which 540 m2 is a bomb shelter)
- Office and household premises - 3,838 m2
- Warehouses (except for the main building) - 1,221.9 m2
- Entrance area 75.8 m2
The workshops are equipped with crane beams with a lifting capacity of 5, 10, 15 tons.
Land plot: 3.5 hectares, leased plot
Utilities:
- 2.5 mW (four transformers of 630 kVA each).
- Availability of gas supply, water supply and sewerage networks
- The railway line previously approached the site (there is a technical certificate, it needs restoration)
At the moment, almost all areas are leased, tenants can move out (if necessary).
