The use of this object can be considered as for the intended purpose (starting production for the cultivation of champignons) or as warehouse or production premises, including for storage, processing of fruits, vegetables or other products.

- Access road. Highway to the workshop (surface – asphalt, width – 6 m., distance to the central highway Kyiv – Odesa – 6 km. asphalt road)
