But not every person who wants to eat healthy can afford to pay for the services of a consultant or take the time for their own training. My project will solve these problems. I suggest producing frozen convenience foods for proper nutrition. Finished products will be balanced according to proteins, fats and carbohydrates and packaged in portions. Each package will indicate whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, and recommendations for cooking.
The finished product is designed for people who adhere to a healthy lifestyle, who are overweight, as well as people who are ащддщц a diet for health reasons.
