The land is privately owned. The purpose of the land plot is the construction and maintenance of a residential building.
The territory is planned for construction, located at a distance of about 10 km from the cottage settlement along Zhytomyr highway in the village of Dmytrivka, Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi district and has an area of 10 hectares. A road (pre-asphalt preparation) has been made to the site through the forest from the road leading to "Mriya" gardening company.
The history of this land area begins in 2011, when the plots were transferred to the ownership of the Main Directorate of the State Geocadastre in Kyiv region. Approximately 50% of the territory is covered with pine trees 1-3 meters high. The land plot is bordered by a forest on the Northwest side. It is possible to register the right to use a part of the forest land bordering on the land plot. According to the general plan of Dmytrivka village, the territory of the land plot is classified as a cottage building area.
