Land plot area: 14 hectares (privately owned)
Purpose: industrial land, sanitary zone 3+ km (located in the forest)
50% of the territory is fenced with a 3 m concrete fence / 50% mesh.
A concrete plant for industrial construction is located on the site. Plant capacity: about 4000-5000 bricks (per shift). 40/20/20 (slag block), with natural drying without energy consumption (this is a plus). The cost of the plant is about 150,000 EUR (bought in Germany, transported by barge from Rena) + about 100,000 EUR for transportation.
Warehouses with an area of 3,500 square meters are located on the site. (width 36 m, length 97 m, height 4.5 m). The walls are brick and shell. There is a ramp. The roof is double (concrete coating (plates), insulation, and galvanized iron). The floor is crushed stone, not poured.
Utilities:
- 2 transformers of 400 KW each, a large solar power plant is located not far from the site

- There is a fire lake of 0.7 hectares (7 meters deep).

A new district road will pass past the site at a distance of 100 m.
