What is the nature of our business?
For over 6 years we are making secured credits. Liquid vehicles, which are not older than 2000, apartments, offices and accommodation units in Kyiv and Kyiv oblast can be taken in loan security. Price of the pawn always exceeds the loan value by 1,5 – 2 times.
What are we offering?
We offer to invest money in secured credits, which are extended to our clients, and receive a stable income equal to 30% USD per annum and 45% UAH.
The main guarantee of payoff is a collateralized property, price of which is always higher than the amount of cash investment. Apart from that we are ready to complete a pawn on You.
For example, if you invest $10,000 Porsche Cayenne S 2008 or an apartment on Lesya Ukrainka boulevard can be a guarantee of the payoff.
