The enterprise consists of 4 companies and is engaged in the production of large-sized municipal equipment for sale in Ukraine and abroad. Main types of products:
– Garbage trucks of rear and side loading
– Swap body systems (hook lift / skip lift)
– Cars for road works (watering, sand-spreading, combined)
– Vacuum trucks and scooters
– Metal containers
The company has all necessary equipment for a closed production cycle:
– metalworking equipment - guillotines, bending presses, plasma cutting machines, equipment, rolling, drilling, band sawing, turning, milling machines, etc.
– welding semiautomatic devices
– girder crane
– high pressure hose production and testing line
– painting area, etc.
The manufacturing enterprise has a workshop structure:
– Machining shop of blank production
– Harvesting and assembly shop of welding production
– Vehicle assembly shop
– Painting area
– Site before and after sales service
– Administrative buildings, barns, etc.
The total area of buildings is 2 600 m2, which are located on two adjacent land plots with a total area of 1.5 hectares.
The company has its own substation with a capacity of 400 kVA.
The sale of products is carried out through a network of dealers and our own trading company. Sales managers have a well-organized CRM system at their disposal, conduct a large number of meetings and negotiations in order to reach an agreement on the supply of products. 90% of sales are carried out by budgetary organizations through tenders.
Reason for the sale: change of owner's focus to another business.
