Electric utility
The plant is supplied by own overhead-underground line of 600A with electronic recording and automatic safety controls (tariff on 1 class as at April, 2015 – 1,44 UAH per 1kVt per hour).
Plant is able to connect consumers to its electrical (2 mln kVt/hour of electrical energy per month) and gas (1,5 mln m3/month) network.
Water-supply
As a source of domestic and industrial water supply is used 2 artesian wells 24 m deep with ECW-6 water pipe (36 m3/hour) with total debit on 2 wells equal to 56m3/hour. One of the artesian wells is in operating regime, the other one is auxiliary. There is also a third well, but it is temporally abandoned.
There is a water tower 38 m high and with a tank volume of 300 m3. Pressurized water system consists of steel pipes 100 mm in diameter and 1,3 km of total length.
Heating supply
The source of heating supply is gas-fired boiler-house of the plant 600 km in area and with a productivity rate of 13 t of steam/hour (boiler ДКВр – 6,5 and boiler ДЕ – 6,5)
Sewerage system
Enterprise sewerage system is represented by discharge manifold 1,2 km long, which is made of cast-iron pipes 200 mm in diameter with wells. Municipal manifold tie-in lies on 100 m distance from the border of the plant.
The plant delivers gas from the municipal gas pipeline 3 kgf/m3 by using the well and by outer gas pipeline 327 mm in diameter, 520 pm long up to the first inner well and FHF with a productivity rate of 4000 m3\ hour; bifilar:
- 1st line – 2000 m3/hour – 3 kgs/sm2 per 0,4 kgs/ m²
- 2nd line - 2000 m3/hour – 3 kgs/sm2 per 0,6 kgs/ m²
Than boiler-rooms and calcination kilns are energized by inner gas pipelines 219 mm in diameter and 270 m long.
Transport connection
Plant has its own branch railway line, which allows spotting the rolling stock. Length of railway lines up to the gates of the plant is 170 lm and along the territories of plant – 440 lm.
The plant has an approach road directly from highway of international importance.
At 8 km distance from enterprise there is a port, which receives the river-sea vessels.
