Master Burger is a Czech fast food restaurant chain that is successfully developing in Kyiv on partnership terms.
More than USD 1,000,000 has already been invested in the Ukrainian network. The first establishment was opened in 2019 in Kyiv, went into operating profit already in the second month of operation. We are one of the few who are actively developing, even despite the quarantine restrictions. Over the past six months, 5 new establishments have been opened in Kyiv.
Restaurants cover 70% of the city's territory with delivery.
The volume of the burger delivery market ranks third, behind sushi and pizza only.
The Master Burger team has many years of experience in this field.
Offer to Investor
The project aims to increase delivery sales for Master Burger restaurants through improved logistics, expansion of delivery areas and investment in marketing.
Key project indicators:
- Required investments – USD 500,000
- Payback period of the project – 32 months
- 100% of the profit is used to pay off the investment amount until the principal is returned
- Monthly average payment after return on investment – USD 15,000-20,000
- Distribution of shares in business after return on investment 50/50
- Sales proceeds of USD 9.3 million – for 4 years;
- Profit before tax (EBITDA) of USD 743,000 for 4 years;
The profitability of the project can be further increased and scaled within Kyiv, opening new locations purely for delivery (the cost of such one location is USD 60-70 thousand). You can scale the project throughout Ukraine.
The investment amount – USD 500,000 will be distributed as follows:
- Purchase of OS for delivery – USD 125,000
- Marketing and advertising – USD 100,000
- Opening at least 2 locations – USD 125-150 thousand (for one point of sale)
Partial participation in the project at the level of USD 250,000 may also be considered.

- technological, auxiliary and other equipment for the organization of two new accommodation facilities (locations);
- vehicles (electric scooters);
- marketing tools for alternative advertising and TM recognition (vehicle branding);

As a test start of cooperation, it is possible to consider two options for investing small amounts:
- Become an investor in one of the locations. Today, the proposal for a restaurant under construction in Piramida shopping center is relevant. There are 2 places left in the pool. Investment amount is up to 70,000.
- Buy a stake in the main company. The money will be invested in the business. The minimum amount is USD 150,000. When we reach the planned targets, this share can be sold in a year for USD 300,000 (According to the pessimistic estimates of the appraisers).
