The plant is located in the North-Eastern Ukraine. All production elements are located next to each other in city borders.

Plant specializes on milk and dairy products production. Complex process involves production, processing and implementation of the end product
Produced product:
Cheddar cheese, packed sour cream, packed pasteurized milk dairy butter, cream, curd cheese. The plant has potential to produce 32 types of dairy products. The logo of manufacturer was designed.
Assets in ownership:
1st segment. Milk production (production area - 2 ha)
1) Cow shed 100х8х5m. Building: brick, slate; floor: concrete, wooden board. Mechanized: automatized manure harvesting and watering, automatized milking (2 milking parlors “Volga” with the capacity for 24 milking machines, with 8 milking machines on each)
2) Shed (for calf-shed) 70х8х5m (automatized watering, manure harvesting). Building: shell, slate, plank timber.
3) 2 sheltered spaces 40х4 m., 2 folds.
4) 2 concrete warehouses: rhizocarpous, bin.
Feed supplies: hey, heylage, chaff and grain are produced.

1) Milch herd of cattle 80 a.u., bred heifers 60, calf 20, altogether 160, breed: lebedinskaya, chornaya ryabaya.

Dairy collection from other dairy plants of the region in volume 3 t/day is set, i. e. full loading of processing line is available.
Assets on use rights:
Plowed field 70 ha, equity units are in lease for 5 years. Hay harvesting and laylands of 100 ha, agreement with city council for 10 years. Are located not far from production area in city line.
