The production enterprise has imported equipment and the needed infrastructure including electricity, gas distribution substation, elevator complex, railways and other engineering and manufacturing facilities.
The production facilities include:
- Wheat meal with a production capacity of up to 50tons per day
- Rye mill - the production capacity of 12tons per day
- Packaging line - 10tons per day

The complex has well-established system of raw materials procurement and sales of products that ensures a rapid return on investment and profits.
The production facility is located near major railways at the distance of 35km from the nearest station in Obukhiv district, Kyiv region.
The production base is 50meters from the feeder railroad. The area has a concrete fencing around. The land plot of 1,644ha is in permanent use since 2000, all the relevant documentation is available.
The founders are two private persons who own 70% and 30% of shares respectively.

Packaging line of Sellier & Bellot (Czech Republic) made in 1997 with a capacity of 10.0 tons / day. It packs flour and cereals in 1 kg, 2 kg paper bags.
