In 2022, the company underwent a large-scale modernization. Today, the company is a modern production of high-quality rectified alcohol and deep processing of alcoholic dry bards.
Total capacity of the enterprise: 2000 dal/day.
The company employs 80 professionals.
The company produces 4 types of products:
- Undenatured rectified ethyl alcohol
- Fuselage oil concentrate
- Fusel oil - fusel oil
- DDGS – Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles
The company exports 50% of its products and sells 50% on the domestic market.

The company has a fully automated production process, which includes the following components:
- The discharge pit. It is intended for unloading raw materials and further transfer to the loading elevator to the production line
- Warehouse for storage of raw materials.
- Grain cleaning separator БСХ. Cleaning of grain from impurities that differ from it in geometric dimensions and aerodynamic properties.
- Hammer mill A1-DM2R is designed for grain grinding.
- The brew vat is designed for preparation of wort from crushed grain and water
- The steam boiler (UL-S-IE 6000*13 bar) is designed to provide process steam to production enterprises for various purposes.
- Water softening unit for water treatment in the supply systems of water and steam boilers.
- Spiral heat exchanger for regulation of process heat recovery by means of spiral heat exchangers.
- Application of continuous process of hydro-enzymatic treatment of wort.
- Yeast machines are designed for the cultivation of yeast cell
- Fermenters are designed for bioconversion of starchy raw materials.
- Brago-rectification unit is designed to produce high quality alcohol, consisting of: brago column, epuration column, rectification column, final column, impurity concentration column.

- Air compressor is designed for air compression with subsequent supply under pressure
- SOLID FRACTION COLLECTOR. Stage 1 – Mechanical separation on ОГШ-321 centrifuges into a solid fraction and liquid fraction with suspended particles
- FLOTTWEG. Stage 2 – Sedimentation of suspended particles of the liquid fraction using high-speed centrifuges (Flottweg)
- ULTRA-FILTRATION. Stage 3 – Thickening of suspended particles of the liquid fraction using an ultra-filtration plant
- NANO-FILTRATION. Stage 4 – Purification of the liquid fraction at the nano-filtration plant resulting from the ultra-filtration plant
- DRYING. Stage 5 – Solid fraction after ОГШ-321, concentrate after Flottweg, and concentrate after ultra-filtration are fed to the mixer and then to the dryer. When drying is done, we get DDGS (native distiller’s grains)
