Location: the pig complex is located at a distance of 76 km from Kiev (on the border of the Chernigov and Kiev regions).
Land plot: 4 hectares (in lease).
Current capacity of the pig farm: 1 pigsty - 1800 pigs (110-120 kg) per year. After reconstruction of the remaining 2 pigsties, the capacity of the pig farm could be increased up to 5,400 pigs per year (estimation cost of reconstruction: $70 000).
The structure of the pig complex includes:
- 3 pigsties (2,200 sq.m.);
- stock;
- cattle house;
- well;
- cesspool.
A complete reconstruction of a pigsty was completed (700 sq.m.) in 2012. A sewage system and a slit floor are installed. Over the walls, a concrete reinforced belt is poured, metal roof trusses, thermal insulation and profiled sheeting are installed.
Within 4 months after the purchase, the owners are ready to provide support for the production process.
