The company is engaged in manufacturing of plastic details and products by using the method of molding on injection-molding machines and extrusion. In 2009 was purchased the extrusion line for one-ply and armoured hoses production.
Distribution of the product is performed in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia and Germany. Among the buyers are huge distribution networks of Baltic states - „Rimi”, „Maxima”, „Rivona” (Norfa stores) „Palink” (Iki, Cento), Senuku prekybos centras.
The major part of the manufacturing is occupied be packaging - jars and buckets. They are sold to enterprises, which are engaged in fish and meat processing. Only in our town we have three huge fish processing plants, and also among our buyers are meat cutting plants, cosmetics manufacturers and fertilizers packer-firms.
In 2015 increase in working capital will be more than 30% to the capital of 2014 because of the new product.
Trained, qualified and disciplined personnel. Industrial buildings are in lease. Hangar of 880 m2 in area and worth of 285, 44 euro per month. Rental charge is very low. Productive capacities of injection-molding machines are implemented on 60-70%, of extrusion – on 10%. Two projects of loading the extruded line are in operation state.
Geographically, enterprise is located just outside the city limits of Daugavpils city. Belonging to countryside gives advantages for raising money from European funds for different projects. We have already written two similar projects and raised funding. 30 km to the border with Belarus, 20 km to the border with Lithuania and 140 to the border with Russia.
Good perspectives, developed authority both among the buyers and suppliers, who deliver the raw product on a deferred-payment basis. A few times we participated in “Made in Latvia” and “Made in Baltic” trade shows. Well known among the similar specialist field enterprises in Latvia.
