11. Land plot (ha), and its ownership type
12. Grain scales (type, electronic, mechanical)
13. Types of unloaders for use
14. Type of ventilation
15. Number of employees
16. Cleaners
17. Yard surface (gravel, asphalt, ground)
18. Electricity (kW, type of electric power substation)
19. All the requisite documents (for a land plot, gas feed, rail feed etc.)
20. Arears and other amounts owed
21. Current operational status of the enterprise
