Domestic chicken. Growth stimulants are not used in the cultivation technology. The term for raising chickens is longer than for conventional poultry farms. The area for growing is also larger, which allows the chickens to move more. The meat obtained is like a domestic chicken.
There are the following options for sale: Chicken carcass (1.7-2 kg), tobacco chickens (0.7-1 kg), cutting into pieces, vacuum packing. For retailers the weight could be different. Price for domestic chicken is 20 - 40% higher than for industrial chicken.
Where products are sold: Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Lviv, Mykolaiv, etc. (Silpo, Novus, Velika Kisheniya, Metro, etc.). In addition, the products are sold to HORECA.

- 6 currently operating poultry houses. (five for breeding, one - overexposure of birds, free range). 7th for growing laying hens, free range and nutria. In addition, there are 5 more poultry houses on the leased site (duck - free range);

Production:
- Project capacity of the poultry complex: 830 thousand heads per year (including leased area). Currently 100% load;

- Waste disposal: the site is equipped and has its own recycler. Runs on diesel fuel;
- Chicken cutting and packaging house: capacity - 40 tons per week, 130 tons per month (2 work shifts: day and night). The house is equipped with a ventilation / air conditioning system, cutting tables, a vacuum cleaner and a cooling bath;
- Refrigeration equipment: 3 refrigeration chambers with a volume of 110 m3, interconnected. One freezer.
Electricity:
160 kW transformer substation with one input. It is possible to connect a second input. In case of power outages, a 100 KvA diesel generator is switched on;
Water supply:
Water is supplied from the company’s own water tower. In addition, there is a well at the slaughterhouse, the sanitary pass and poultry houses.

The company has all the necessary permits (ecology, water use, veterinary / sanitary services, etc.). The HACCP compliance product has been audited. IFC Certificate Received.
