Until 2023, the enterprise specialized in broiler meat production, poultry slaughtering, processing, and the sale of poultry meat and meat products. In total, the company produced around 100 types of products, including chilled and frozen meat, smoked products, canned products, rolls, semi-finished products, and sausages. In 2022, the poultry business line was suspended. The poultry houses are mothballed and can be quickly restored to operation; according to expert estimates, additional investments in climate control and energy efficiency systems are required.
Crop production remains the company’s core operating activity. With a 2,100 ha land bank under management, the enterprise cultivates agricultural crops such as corn, barley, wheat, soybeans, and sunflower.

- Hatchery with a capacity of 330,000 eggs, currently mothballed.
- Auxiliary divisions and real estate: tractor and construction units, vehicle fleet, grain storage facility, administrative building, and other facilities.
- Agricultural machinery fleet: Fendt 942 Vario and Fendt 936 Vario tractors, Horsch Pronto and Horsch Maestro seed drills, New Holland and CASE harvesters, CASE sprayer, Horsch Tiger cultivator, Lemken ploughs, and other machinery.
The seller is considering the separate sale of assets in two business lines: poultry production — poultry houses, slaughterhouse, and feed mill; and crop production — land bank, machinery, infrastructure, and related assets.
