General description
Olcem Ukraine is engaged in the production of dry mix mortar on a cement or gypsum base with a production capacity of up to 30,000 tons per year. The plant was launched in 2018, and in 2019-2020. The modernization was carried out to double the capacity. Located in Kyiv in rented space.
Products:
- Tile adhesives for interior and exterior use;
- Adhesives for porcelain stoneware tiles;
- Adhesives for fixing thermal insulation;
- Self-leveling floors;
- Plasters and putties for interior and exterior use.
Services:
- Follow-up sale of expanded polystyrene;
- Mixing and packing of mixtures;
- Drying and fractionation of sand;
- Formulation development and consulting.
All the products are manufactured on high-precision modern equipment made in Turkey, Italy, Poland, Ukraine. Automation of processing lines and strict step-by-step controls ensure consistent product quality.
The strictest control of each batch of products is carried out by our own laboratory.

- Line for the production of dry mortar based on cement or gypsum:
- section No. 1 for drying, storage and sieving of sand – 2,500 tons / month;
- section No. 2 for dosing components, mixing components and packing mixtures – current capacity up to 2,800 tons / month);
- Quality control laboratory;
- Sand warehouse –1,500 tons of one-time storage with distribution by size modulus;
- Autonomous gas supply system;
- Two forklifts and one front loader;
- Registered TM "Olcem".
