The project is designed to deliver meals prepared according to nutritional requirements of different blood groups. The digestibility of the food and its nutritional value greatly depend on the person’s blood type. Everyone who cares about their own health and the health of his loved ones should consider eating the foods that are most compatible with his or her blood type. Healthy, delicious and affordable meals cooked for specific types of metabolism regulated by the blood type will benefit the person most as they perfectly match the person’s individual genetic predisposition.

Current Situation

The prevalent message in the media today is that being healthy is a trend. Cooking healthy food at home may be a chore for most of us. At the same time, not many cafes or restaurants, not to mention fast-food places, offer truly healthy meal options. Needless to say, not a single restaurant, even a so-called “healthy” one, would attempt cooking meals according to the blood type.

Market

Restaurant business has been and remains a very attractive and interesting for investment. Currently the demand premises for restaurants and cafes places has declined substantially by 40% -50%.

It is possible to buy or rent a premise for a cafes or a restaurant complete with the technical equipment and with substantial discounts (up to 50%).

Annual market growth in this segment shows an average of 20 - 22%. The influx of investment in this sector is about 20 to 22 billion UAH per year.

Blood Type 1: The Hunter

Owners of the blood type 1 (O) are natural devourers of meat with a very strong stomach and an overactive immune system. The metabolism of these people is slow, so the diet should exclude foods that can slow it down even more it. At the same time, high protein consumption helps speed up their metabolism.

Blood Group 2 – The Farmer

People who belong to this group tend to be vegetarians with a sensitive digestive system. They thrive on clean, natural food. When they consume meat it tends to turn into fat and leads to weight gain.  Members of the Farmer blood type adapt well to the changes in the diet and the environment, but at the same time they have a weak immune system.

Blood Group III – The Nomad

Nomads like milk and dairy in every possible form. Originating from tribes who were accustomed to lots of traveling, these people are used to different foods and are truly omnivorous. Their immune system is quite powerful. At the same time they are advised to stay away from corn, buckwheat, and peanuts, as these foods slow down metabolism and lead to the accumulation of excess weight.

Blood Group IV – Mystery People

This blood type is not only rare, but it is also the youngest on the planet. People of this group are often called “the new people”. People with this blood type have sensitive digestive system and overly tolerant immune system which makes them prone to bacterial infections. For these people the best way to keep themselves in shape is to combine intellectual and light physical activities.
