History and Operational Development
The elevator operates as a full-scale infrastructure facility for the reception, processing, storage, and shipment of grain and oilseed crops, serving agricultural producers in the Vinnytsia region and neighboring areas. The business has an established client base and is well integrated into the regional grain logistics network.
In 2008, the elevator became part of an international agricultural group, marking a key milestone in its development. During this period, a large-scale reconstruction and equipment modernization program was implemented, significantly improving reliability, throughput capacity, and the overall quality of operational processes.
The enterprise has begun implementing the HACCP system, as well as occupational health, safety, and environmental projects, creating a foundation for cooperation with institutional clients and international traders.
Production and Logistics Infrastructure
The elevator complex includes 10 floor-storage warehouses with a total capacity of 30,000 tons. The facility handles a wide range of crops, including food and feed wheat, corn, barley (malting and feed), sunflower, soybeans, rapeseed, peas, and seeds.
Receiving capacity reaches up to 2,000 tons per day, allowing efficient operation during peak harvest periods.
Shipment capacity:
-
by road transport — up to 1,000 tons per day;
-
by rail — up to 700 tons per day, with a loading front for up to 4 railcars simultaneously.
The presence of a private railway siding and direct access to the station is a key competitive advantage of the asset.
Weighing operations are supported by two truck scale systems with a maximum load of up to 60 tons.
Drying facilities include two DSP-32 dryers, each with a capacity of 3 MW.
Grain cleaning equipment consists of a Denis NR403 drum-type cleaner with a throughput of up to 70 tons per hour.
The approved contracted electrical capacity of the enterprise is 444 kW, fully meeting both current and potential operational requirements of the elevator.
Land and Asset Status
The property complex is located on a 4.63-hectare land plot held under a lease agreement. The site layout and available space allow for potential further development or expansion of the facility, including the installation of additional storage capacities or expansion of logistics infrastructure, subject to the necessary approvals.
Investment Rationale and Potential
The asset is of interest to:
-
agricultural holdings and regional agri-groups seeking to strengthen their own storage infrastructure;
-
grain traders and logistics operators;
-
financial investors focused on a stable infrastructure asset with predictable demand;
-
investors pursuing consolidation of elevator assets in central Ukraine.
The combination of an operating business, modernized equipment, rail logistics, and location in a highly agricultural region creates a solid foundation for sustainable income generation and long-term asset value growth.
