The company operates in a new leased production facility with an area of 1,200 m². The property features dust-free floors, office premises, bathrooms, a staff room, and sufficient additional space for further production expansion.
Production Capacity and Equipment
The asset includes a modern equipment fleet that enables the company to fulfil a wide range of metal processing orders:
- laser cutting machine with a power of 6 kW, IPG source, manufactured by ARAMIS, designed for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals up to 25 mm thick; commissioned in early 2024, practically new;
- laser cutting machine with a power of 2 kW, Raycus source, manufactured by ARAMIS, for cutting ferrous metal up to 12 mm thick; commissioned in early 2021, in good technical condition;
- ERMAKSAN CNC press brake, 100-ton force, 4 axes, bending length of 3,000 mm; commissioned in early 2021, in good condition;
- a wide range of interchangeable tools for metal bending worth approximately EUR 18,000;
- diesel forklift with a lifting capacity of 3.5 tonnes;
- compressor for air cutting;
- two aspiration units for removing metal shavings and enabling equipment operation indoors without a separate ventilation system;
- newly installed hoist with a lifting capacity of 1 tonne;
- used backup hoist;
- pallet trucks, video surveillance system, new office furniture and other auxiliary equipment.
More than USD 600,000 has been invested in the development of the enterprise, the purchase of equipment and the launch of production.
Client Base and Operations
The enterprise has an established client base of around 100 regular customers who have cooperated with the company for more than two years. Full-scale business development began in early 2024.
The company handled orders in laser cutting, bending and comprehensive metal processing, allowing it to work with both one-off projects and recurring production orders.
As of today, the enterprise is temporarily not carrying out active operations due to personnel changes and the need to form an updated team for the further development of the business.
