The enterprise operates on the basis of a former wood processing and packaging timber production workshop.
The company owns an integrated property complex for wood processing, production and warehouse premises, drying chambers, equipment for wood drying, woodworking machines and other equipment required for furniture production.
The main area of activity is the production and sale of wooden furniture, including: children’s beds; adult beds; chests of drawers; bedside tables; and other furniture products for the home and interior.
The company operates in the segment of quality wooden furniture in the mid-price category and is focused on customers looking for non-standard, functional and durable solutions for furnishing homes, offices, hotels, restaurants and other premises.
History and Current State of the Business
The enterprise was established in 2018 and operates under its own trademark. Before the full-scale war, the company’s customers came from all regions of Ukraine. Recent years have been difficult for the furniture industry due to the consequences of quarantine restrictions, reduced business activity, declining purchasing power of the population and the impact of martial law.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the company has recorded a decline in the number of orders, which created the need to adapt the business to new economic conditions. At the same time, the enterprise has preserved its production base, personnel, equipment, product range and market experience.
Today, the company offers more than 60 product items and has practical experience in manufacturing highly complex products.

The enterprise owns real estate with a total area of 4,993.6 m², including an integrated property complex consisting of 8 buildings, warehouse and production premises.

- electrical substation — 198.3 m²;

Land Plots
The production premises are located on a leased land plot with an area of 1.4559 ha. The lease agreement with the Chervonohrad City Council is valid until 2030 with a preferential right of extension. The lease payment amounts to 6% of the normative monetary valuation.
In addition, the enterprise leases a commercial land plot with an area of 0.1372 ha.
Equipment and Transport
The enterprise owns numerous woodworking machines and other fixed assets for production. The enterprise also owns a Nissan 362WGFO3A450 forklift.

The enterprise employs 50 hired workers, which allows it to ensure a full production cycle and fulfil individual orders.

- Cooperation with specialized furniture stores. In 2026, the company plans to continue cooperation with specialized stores that sell furniture and have showrooms. Partnership agreements have already been concluded with some of these partners.
- Direct sales to state institutions and large private companies. The enterprise is interested in developing its B2B segment and working with state institutions, large private companies, hotels, restaurants, offices and other corporate clients.
- Development of online sales. The presence of a website makes it possible to geographically expand the customer base, regularly update the product catalogue and send newsletters to regular customers.
- Marketing and advertising. To promote its products, the company plans to use advertising on social media, including Instagram and Facebook, target groups, specialized media, furniture magazines, design and interior publications, as well as banner advertising on thematic online resources.
