Core assets:
- A floor-storage grain elevator complex with a railway spur and total storage capacity of 30,000 tonnes (in corn equivalent).
- A modular GSI gas dryer (USA) with a capacity of 600 tonnes/day under standard conditions with 10-point moisture removal, equipped with a gas distribution unit and a separately connected natural gas mainline.
- A side-unloading receiving pit with a 200-tonne buffer hopper. Rail loading capacity is up to 10 railcars per day, with on-site 80-tonne railway scales.
- Two truck loading points with 25-tonne buffer hoppers and own 60-tonne truck scales.
- Four floor-storage warehouses equipped with mechanized galleries for loading and unloading, as well as two new floor-storage warehouses commissioned in 2021.
- A certified laboratory with equipment and an on-site electrical substation with a capacity of 430 kW.
- The machinery and vehicle base is located in a convenient area and ensures fast access of equipment to the cultivated land plots. The maximum transportation radius is 30 km. The base includes:
— a main office building, 2 floors, with its own canteen, accommodation rooms for machine operators, and office premises, with a total area of 550 sq.m, under 24/7 security and video surveillance;
— a new warehouse for fertilizers and chemicals with capacity of 500 tonnes;
— a 50-tonne tank for storage and dispatch of UAN liquid fertilizer;
— a fuel and lubricants depot with a fueling station, with storage capacity of 60 cu.m;
— a machinery shelter for 15 units and a vehicle repair workshop;
— an operating registered private water well, as well as 4 unfinished pig houses, with potential for reconstruction for livestock operations.
Agricultural machinery fleet:
- Heavy tractors: John Deere 340 hp, Case 290 hp and Case 315 hp, Challenger 340 hp.
- Harvesters: Claas Lexion 740, Case 580 with header sets.
- Sprayers: self-propelled John Deere, 2 trailed John Deere sprayers, OPK Boguslav.
- Seeders: Horsch Maestro 16-row, year 2020; Horsch Pronto 9 m, year 2025; Partner (solid seeding); John Deere 8-row – 2 units; SZ (Chervona Zirka).
- Vehicles: DAF XF grain truck with trailer, 3 KamAZ trucks with trailers, GAZ 5-ton fuel truck equipped with an electronic card-based fueling system, service vehicles including Mercedes Sprinter, Toyota Hilux, Ford Connect, Renault Duster, and Sandero.
- 9 MTZ tractors (920–1221), tillage implements BDK-5.4 and BDK-6.3, Alpego 3.5 subsoiler, Kronos, Heliodor, and Richland pre-sowing cultivators, JCB 7.2 m front loader.
- 2 Kobzarenko grain chaser bins.
Total number of employees: 54 people (may increase or decrease during seasonal field operations). The enterprise has its own 24/7 security service, land department, accounting department, technical support department, agronomy team, and laboratory. All facilities are equipped with video surveillance.
