The State Ukreximbank offers to participate in the auction for the sale of claim rights under the credit obligations of PJSC "Ukrplastik" - in the past, one of the leaders of the Ukrainian and European markets for the production of flexible packaging materials.

PrJSC "Ukrplastik" was one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe and the largest producer of flexible packaging materials for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and other industries in Ukraine. Today, the company is in the process of liquidation within the framework of bankruptcy case No. 908/825/21. At the same time, the structure of securing the loan, which includes the mortgage of real estate and production equipment, provides an opportunity for the investor to resume production in the medium term.

Available production and technical capabilities of PJSC "Ukrplastik" provided a full cycle of production of flexible polymer packaging materials - from granules and paints to ready-made roll materials and bags. The products were exported to many countries of the world. The capacity of the innovation-production complex of polymer processing is 50,000 tons of products per year.
The fulfillment of the obligations of PJSC "Ukrplastik" under credit agreements is ensured, in particular, by a significant mass of non-residential industrial real estate, which is located in the city of Kyiv on Yevgena Sverstyuk street, mortgaged to the Bank. In addition, the production equipment of the polymer processing complex in the amount of 17 units, the operation of which ensures the entire technological cycle of the enterprise, was pledged to the Bank.

1.1. The building of the parapower workshop Yu with a chimney lit. Sh, with a total area of 1,101, 3 square meters. m.;
1.2. The main production building (letter B) with a total area of 8,586.20 square meters. m. (7757.60 square meters);
1.3. Material and technical supply warehouse (lit. Ch) with a total area of 694.20 square meters. m. (621.40 square meters);
1.4. Warehouse of finished products (letter P) with a total area of 4,721.10 square meters (5,279.4 square meters);
1.5. Production equipment, including: a system of automatically controlled carts, an automatic storage system, a complete line for the production of p/p film with a heat-sealing layer, cutting machines, a machine for making bags and other equipment to ensure production.

Terms of the Dutch auction (with the possibility of reducing the value of the sale price):
The starting price of the auction isUAH 562.6 million;
The minimum price is UAH 181.8 million.
