PRODUCTION AND SALES
The production is located in the city of Rivne, in a new building and on completely new equipment, and has been operating since 2021.
Types of products (spherical granule d- 2-5mm):
- Limestone and dolomite meliorants;
- Organic fertilizers based on bird compost;
- Organic fertilizers mineralized with natural NPK;
- Organo-mineral fertilizers with different contents of NPK and organic matter.
All products can be additionally enriched with humates, amino acids and a complex of natural bacteria.
Availability of raw materials:
Mineral powder for the extraction of meliorants: there are several powerful enterprises in the Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions;
Compost based on bird droppings: there are two powerful enterprises from the Volyn and Rivne regions.
The perspective is the own production of composts in biofermenters.
Productivity of production
When working in one shift (10 hours), 5-6 days/week:
- meliorants - 600 tons/month;
- organic fertilizers - 200 t/month;
Sales:
Buyers- from family farms (container - 5, 10, 25 kg bags), medium-sized farms (5-10-20 tons) to large agricultural enterprises (50-100-300 tons);
Real volumes of sales for today, taking into account all unfavorable circumstances: 2500 tons/year - Organic+ and 6.0-7.0 thousand tons/year of limestone meliorant.
If available in warehouses during the active season - from 15.02 to 15.05 and from 15.08 to 15.11 - any volume is sold.
Export is very promising, because organic fertilizers are much more expensive than mineral fertilizers on world markets. Our enterprise did not have time to establish exports due to the war.
Profitability of production and sale
Based on the minimum volumes of 1,200 tons/year of Organic + fertilizer and 3,600 tons/year of meliorants, the monthly net profit is about UAH 600,000, that is, about UAH 7,000,000 per year.
It is 15-25% more profitable to work around the clock.
ASSETS
Real estate:
- production concrete and metal profile premises, S=750m2, H=10m;
- household premises, S=80m2;
Land plot S=0.6 ha, in use. The ownership of the new owner is registered on legal grounds.
Production line- 16 items of equipment (from a plate granulator to a weighing and packing set), manufactured at Ukrainian enterprises and installed in 2021.
Intangible assets:
- registered technical conditions (TU.U) for the production of meliorants and organic fertilizers;
- technological regulation of production;
- registered Organic Standart certificates for the possibility of using meliorants and fertilizers in organic agricultural production, which can increase the cost of final products by 25-50%.
Communications:
- Electricity: supplied - 80.0 kW;
- Heating is not required, the interior of the production room is heated by a drying drum;
- Domestic premises - solid fuel boiler;
- External security of the entire perimeter of the common territory; internal - round-the-clock video surveillance;
- The water supply is cut off;
- Fence - the general perimeter of the entire territory;
- The entrance is made of hard flooring.
