Potential for Development of an Extraction Facility:
A dedicated area has been allocated on the site for the development of an oil extraction facility. The estimated investment required to establish and equip an extraction complex with a capacity of 280 tonnes/day is approximately $2–2.5 million, depending on the selected equipment configuration, production capacity, and level of process automation.
There is an opportunity to acquire a new extraction line, which is already located in Ukraine (in containers).

- A transformer substation with a capacity of 1,600 kW is located on the site
- Water — 150 m artesian well (owned by the local community)
- Gas — gas distribution station, consumption rate of 250 m³/hour
